Franco Vigile is a Canadian entrepreneur, founder, and biotechnology executive focused on building companies that advance innovation, improve human health, and create meaningful real-world impact.

He is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of N-Zyme Biomedical, a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing the world’s first pepsin inhibitor for reflux disease through a novel drug repurposing strategy. Under his leadership, the company has advanced a growing intellectual property portfolio across major global markets and is progressing toward Phase 2 clinical development.

Prior to N-Zyme, Franco founded HaluGen Life Sciences, a pioneering genetic screening technology platform focused on personalized psychedelic risk assessment, which was later acquired in a multimillion-dollar transaction by Entheon Biomedical, a publicly traded biotechnology company.

He is also the founder of GENNCO Holdings, a boutique advisory and investment firm that has supported numerous public and private financings, strategic initiatives, and early-stage growth companies across the health technology, biotechnology, and capital markets sectors.

With more than a decade of experience spanning entrepreneurship, biotechnology, commercialization strategy, corporate finance, and business development, Franco is recognized for bridging visionary thinking with disciplined execution.
